“The talks to find a solution to the Syrian war continues as regional powers Turkey and Iran meet with former super power Russia. What is ostensibly absent is any presence and representation from the United States.
This would have been unthinkable just 8 years ago but now it is reality. Is there a more stark evidence to Obama’s incompetence and lack of respect on the international scene?
Turkey was, prior to Obama, a secular NATO ally whose primary purpose was the confinement of Russia and Iran. Now after Obama, Turkey is ruled by as Islamist dictator who is cozying up to Russia in public and direct defiance of Barack Hussein Obama.
Once again this is what the left has wrought in America! Our allies are running to our enemies for help and our enemies are pointing the the lefist led America as the laughing stock of the world !
Reuters reports: ” The foreign and defense ministers of Russia, Iran and Turkey will discuss the future of Syria and the city of Aleppo at talks in Moscow on Tuesday, Turkish and Russian officials said.
“(The meeting) will be to understand the views of all three sides, laying out where we all stand and discuss where we go from here,” an official from Turkey’s foreign ministry told international media in Istanbul on Monday.
“It is not a miracle meeting, but will give all sides a chance to listen to each other,” the official said.
All three countries have emerged as important players in Syria, with Iran and Russia strongly backing President Bashar al-Assad, while Turkey, a NATO member, would like to see him step down.””
