Yesterday we found out that Obama wants to implement an automated kiosk port on the border with Mexico. While others didn’t know what to make of this cockamamie idea, we immediately recognized it for what it was; an attempt to set a dangerous precedent on our southern border. It fits perfectly in the left’s modus operandi. They sneak little subversive things like this one in and before you know it half the population wonders why we have a border and even a country.
Today we see that Obama is pushing this agenda full throttle. Today we find out that Obama will gut the funding for the National Guard Units operating on our border with Mexico. Citing budget cuts Obama will cut by at least half the number of troops patrolling the border from 1200 to 600. The remaining troops will be reshuffled leaving just 14 troops in California.
That Obama is citing budget concerns to cut the number of troops on he border is beyond cynical. Just last year when Obama was questioned about tens of billions of dollars that could not be accounted for he replied “When we’re spending hundreds of billions of dollars we can’t be expected to account for a few billions” I bet those “few billions” would really go a long way towards paying the salary fo quite a few additional troops.
There is also the question of almost a billion dollars pissed away by Obama to pay off the investors in Solyndra or the half billion dollars that we gave Al Gore to build a car factory in Finland, or the hundreds of millions of dollars Obama doled out to various other fictions projects run by his cronies and supporters.
Sure all that money could’ve and should’ve gone to strengthen our southern border but of course that’s not what Obama wants is it? Source
Very well written and factual, but let me just shove my two cents in here. They the Federal Gov’t, aka The District of Criminals, are espousing that the number of illegals has gone down. Fact Human smuggling has take the lead in this, they are economically more financially secure in this endeavor than the drug cartels. i.e. Iowan couple goes to the Birding Park on the Rio Grande, Texas snowbirders, so to speak. They are told by the BP agent that they would be well advised to go elsewhere, and if they choose to stay at the park don’t stray off the paths at all because of the Illegals. BP Agent tells them that they, BP, sweeps the Park three times a day and can’t keep up with the illegals. Hiding in the bushes, and they are violent to boot and will do what ever it takes to scamper into the “sanctuary cities” that dot the TEXAS BORDER. So the lies continue to foam from the mouths of Senor Pepe Obama, and Senorita “I haven’t a clue” Janet Napolitano, and we must read the tripe that the MSM puts forth on how wonderful things are. Along with the Idiocy of this UNMANNED PORT OF ENTRY, they have implemented at three of the International Bridges in Brownsville Texas the “EZ PASS” program, where they have a certain lane where they scan a card and just drive right on in. It is only one way and that is from Mexico to US. Now considering the corruption that envelops Mexico, don’t suppose we see any trouble with this program now do we?
