MARTINEZ, Calif.—Public health officials say a middle-aged Contra Costa County man has died from the swine flu virus, the second swine flu death reported in the county.Dr. Wendel Brunner, the county’s public health director, said in a statement Wednesday the man had no other major health conditions.
