Christ has risen! Orthodox Christians – as found in Europe, Egypt , Lebanon, Turkey etc , have a traditional Easter Greeting and response. Once greets another with the statement “Christ has risen” and the response is “He has truly risen”. I find it a very appropriate, revealing greeting that truly reflect it would become widespread in the English speaking world. Christ has risen!
