If Senator Obama knew he was ineligible to seek or accept the office of president, then he is also guilty of misleading campaign contributors, supporters, voters, courts and Congress. Further more, the millions of their/our money, he spent on legal fees to block, prevent and suspend judgment of his known ineligibility, sadly will have served to pervert the very oath of office he made on the bible, “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
