So Obama takes your money and gives $4500 to whomever happens to drive a jalopy. My God how did they ever convince people to take money? It must be that well known Obama power of persuasion. Can they give Ahmadinijad $4500?
The program ran out of money, and they tripled the amount that they’ll take form you from $1 billion to $3 billion.
They call that a success. Heck why not just make it $10,000 and then it will be down right miraculous!
